Club Travel’s Induction is a 5-day program that covers all divisions within the company. 

New employees (as well as employees who have been with the company for longer) are exposed to the range of divisions within the Club Travel group.  This ranges from revenue-producing divisions, such as our Franchise, Leisure, Corporate travel management & Online, to the integral support divisions of Ticketing, Fares, IT, Marketing, Finance, Accounts & Technology.


The program also covers the “softer skills” of email etiquette, customer service and the company’s 6 core principles, known as our DNA.


All divisions are invited to present their core functions and how everything integrates into the functioning and running of the organisation. 

This provides new and “old” employees valuable insight into the business objectives, as well as how to achieve them. 


As Club Travel operates on a complete open-door policy, attendees get to spend time with all executive managers of the company.
